I’m not smearing **** speach, I’m simply reminding you what you believe in.
But seriously, if you are secure about your religion, PLEASE read this entire article.
The belief that some cosmic jewish zombie can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and plod and telepathically tell him without response that you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force, or, “natural urges”, from your soul that is present in humanity because some woman who existed before science had a rib transplant and was convinced by a talking snake to eat an apple that could provide knowledge up consuming, and now the invisible undiscovered non-talking god is watching over us all.
A common belief to this religion is that of Noah’s ark, which tells of a 600 year old man who built an ark and got 2 of every animal on earth to live on it for 40 days, even though the entire theory is dismissed by the fact that:
-Animals can’t migrate trans-continental
-Animals can’t move only packs of 2
-Animals can’t live in the climate change of moving trans-continental
-Animals can’t find the nourishment in a new continent
-Noah can’t live to be 600 years old. If you heard otherwise it is a creationist lie and you need to stay away from that website.
-Noah can’t build and ark to hold 2 of every animal on earth. Simply, no. No.
-Ok, let’s say defying all logic on earth today, all the animals make it to the ark. They would all break out fighting.
-The animals be startled by each other and run away
-There is no way Noah could know and provide fresh food for every animal on earth for 40 days, considering some animals need to hunt daily, and they can’t hunt on a boat.
I could go on, but the point is it is ridiculous that people actually believe this.
There are some simple ideas, to this religion, like:
-GAYS ARE BAD PEOPLE AND WHAT THEY DO IS WRONG, NO MATTER HOW MUCH SCIENCE PROVES IT IS NATURAL AND WE SHOULDN’T TRY TO TAKE AWAY RIGHTS FROM THESE PEOPLE
-EVOLUTION IS A STUPID LIE THAT EXPLAINS OUR EXISTENCE WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE, UNLIKE OUR THEORY OF CREATIONISM WITCH DEFIES EVERYONE’S COMMON SENSE WITH WHAT ANYONE NOWADAYS WOULD CALL RIDICULOUS MYTHS, AND IT’S BACKED UP BY TEXT!!!!!
-SCIENCE IS BAD! EVEN THOUGH WE TAKE MODERN MEDICINE EVERYDAY, DRIVE CARS, USE PLANES, EAT FOOD, LIVE IN HOUSES, AND, IF YOU WERE BORN IN THE PAST 60 YEARS, EXIST, IT IS CORRUPTING THE MORALS OF MANKIND AND SCIENCE NEEDS TO GO AWAY
-ABORTION IS WRONG! MEN, WHO RUN THE CHURCH, WHO HAVE NO CLUE WHAT IT IS LIKE TO BE PREGNANT OR HAVE CHILDREN, HAVE ENOUGH TO TAKE AWAY THIS RIGHT FROM WOMEN WHO MAY BE: Living in poverty, single, already have 4 kids, she will have to drop out of school and ruin her life if she has a child, subject to rape, subject to incest, not have any idea how to raise a child, very sick.
AND, IF THE CHILD IS BORN, THE CHANCES ARE, IF HE GROWS UP IN AN ENVIRONMENT LIKE THIS HE HAS MUCH HIGHER CHANCES OF BECOMING:
In jail, a drug dealer, high-school dropout, working at a McDonald’s even though 50 years old, drug addict, a hobo.
AND, ABORTION HAS VERY, VERY HIGH POTENTIAL OF HELPING PEOPLE WHO MADE SOMETHING OF THEIR LIVES RECOVER FROM MUSCLE/TISSUE LOSS DISEASES THAT COULD KILL THEM, BY USING THE STEMCELLS IN FETUSES.
Christians also believe that they are the only religion on earth, that just because they have answers, they are the correct one and every single other religion now, in the past future or present should be dismissed because it contradicts the bible.
Christians fail to realize that with every civilization comes the want to know answers to the nagging questions, “Who are we? How did we get here? Where do we go from here?”, and because of those questions we create religion.
But, you are trapped in the religion due to fear. Because if you stop believing in it, you “Might” go to hell.
So stop being cowards and leave religion. It will stop slowing down the progress of mankind. Stop wasting talent scientists minds on ridiculous Christian myths, when they could be curing cancer.

One is man-made; whereas, the real thing is God generated. “Religion” is shame-based and guilt producing whereas, Genuine Christianity is spiritual and entails relationship based in God’s love & grace. Christian Spirituality is about one being a human being – not a human doing !

See, this is why I **** getting into religious discussions with Non-LDS, especially Non-Christians. They think they know it all, when in actuality, they haven’t the slightest clue! I have seen any miracles in my life and the lives of others. I believe in God Almighty maker of heaven and earth. He has no problem putting animals by 2 in a boat that a man built. We have lots of evidence that men lived more than 600 years before the flood. May you be blessed by God almighty.
Well, I do admit that if God were not there, that would have never happened… but can’t you see? don’t you understand? You’re knowledge about God is rather little. You see, Scripture plainly states that “With God, nothing is impossible” …or something to that effect… History proves Christianity. The numerous manuscripts prove Christianity. Archaeology proves Christianity. Science proves the Word of God.

I am a Christian, but can not abide any forms of hatred from anyone whether they hold any form of religious beliefs or not.
Nobody has all the answers, nobody. Be atheist, be tree worshiper, be what you like, but do not pretend to know everything. There is end less disagreement over countless things whether it is between those who practice the various forms of religion or scientific experts.

Fine, joeseph. However you want to explain it or the things most Christians stand for, but its just all about having one God. THAT IS THE ONLY TRUE ESSENCE OF CHRISTIANITY. The evolution thing, the gays are evil, the writings in the bible, the science is evil thing, theyr all just created by the CATHOLIC CHURCH(the vatican) who for centuries have killed thousands of lives through the Crusade and controlled the world for power and wealth. They dont depict true Christianity, thats why they call themselves just Catholics! Theyr all about themselves and control of the society and the people. God didnt tell the christians to **** gays, science, stop abortion and stop development, its just the POPE and the church! Thats the biggest mistake of Christians: the word of the POPE IS THE WORD OF GOD; AND THAT IS SO NOT TRUE. Religion at this point is just a social conformity, not plain true faith to God which is what it should be.
I am a free christian, i believe in God and Christ thats all. No explanations needed. Just plain faith. Sometimes belief is just all you need, nothing else. You believe in science and **** religion. Dont you know that science is mostly just beliefs, or so they call it, THEORIES. And yet through these beliefs science develops. Same as true to believing God and Christ. I believe He is true, and so i pray and my prayers are answered and i become a better person.
Same as science, you have to believe the theory and see if its correct, test it, the test has positive results and so you believe the scientific theory u made is true. Same as God, believe He is true, pray to Him, ur prayers are answered, and so i truly believe He is TRUE.
Not everything that exists is physical, that you could see and test if true. Dimensions, radiation, energy, frequency, space..they are not physical yet they exist. How could you believe the science of frequency when u cant see it? Because they have proved it in a non physical test. I believe God is real though i cant see Him physically. And millions of people believed in God, even scientists do.
You **** religion and Christianity, but those are just all about the people. I am with you when u say those criticisms of Christianity. How big was the ark? How was it designed? How many animals were taken on the ark? How large was the average animal on the ark? Can you answer ANY of this?
If you calculate the size of the ark, how many animals were needed, and the size of each animal, there was enough, if not plenty, of space on the ark.
BTW, they weren’t on the ark for 40 days, they were on the ark for a full year. It only rained for 4 days. Did you even OPEN a bible?
You are limiting yourself to the idea that the planet is the same now as it always has been this is not true.
Mankind used to live for many centuries, but after the flood man’s lifespan gradually dwindled to today’s lifespan of 120 years.
The Bible specifically states that both animals and humans were specifically vegetarian until after the flood. Also, the animals came to Noah(presumably under divine influence); Noah did not go out with a net to catch them all.
On that note, the earth was a single supercontinent at the time–there was no Australia for the kangaroos. There were no isolated areas that would keep the animals from gathering at the ark.
Last of all, Jesus was not a zombie. Zombies eat people’s brains, and their bodies are still technically dead. Jesus did not eat brains, and His entire body was restored to life. Thus, Jesus was not a zombie.

Nearly every culture in the world has a legend of a great flood. There must be a reason for that. All the problems you described are no problem for God. There are many people with Ph.D.’s that are Christians; they are more intelligent than you.
